UGame Studio is committed to protect the information of its Users. The Owner of the information must present and attach  a valid document that proves his identity, as an ID. If you are an Adult: Valid identity document. If you are the successor: valid ID, Civil Registry of Death of the Owner and a Document that proves the successor status. If you are the legal representative and / or attorney: Current ID, Document that proves that you are the legal representative and / or attorney of the Owner and the  Owner ID.

In the event that the request is incomplete, UGame Studio will request the interested person to correct the faults within five (5) business days after receiving the request. After two months from the date of the request, without the applicant presenting the required information, it will be understood that the claim or petition has been withdrawn.

The request will be answered within ten (10) business days from the date that UGame received the request. When it is not possible to attend the request within said term, the reasons for the delay will be reported, with  the date on which the request will be attended, which in no case may exceed five (5) business days following the expiration of the first term.

Any Owner of Personal Data has the right to request UGame Studio the total or partial elimination of their Personal Data. For this, UGame and the Owner will follow the procedure established in this document (file a request)

The deletion of Data will operate when: (a) the data is not being treated in accordance with the provisions of current legislation, (b) the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or, (c) ) the period of time required to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected has been exceeded.
UGame Studio may refuse the elimination when: (a) The Holder has a valid and active legal agreement; (b) The suppression of the data blocks judicial or administrative proceedings that are in progress.

These  policies come into effect as of September 16, 2019, and the Databases that contain the information will be valid for 10 years, renewable for equal periods.

  1. Controversies:

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Policies (including its formation, performance, interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or alleged breach) will be exclusively resolved under  Colombian Law.

The parties agree to bring the differences to an Arbitration Court in  Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia and accept that, that court will be competent to resolve the litigation
