These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern the access to and use of all digital platforms, applications, websites, software products, online courses, educational tools, digital products, and any other service (hereinafter, the "Services") operated, developed, or made available by Money House LLC (hereinafter, "Money House", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, with its address at 2 S Biscayne Boulevard Suite 3200 #1978, Miami, Florida, 33131, United States.
Money House operates an ecosystem of multiple digital platforms and services that include, but are not limited to: Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, online courses and educational programs, software tools, digital products, multimedia content, and any other service that may be launched in the future under the operation of Money House.
By accessing, registering, or using any of our Services, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access or use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter, the "User") and Money House. Some of our specific platforms or services may have additional or complementary terms that will be communicated to the User at the appropriate time. In case of conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a platform, the specific terms shall prevail with respect to that platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated below:
To register and use our Services, the User must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher. Minors are not authorized to create an Account or use our Services. If we discover that a minor has created an Account, we will proceed to cancel it and delete all associated information.
The User may browse and explore some sections of our Platforms without needing to register. However, to access the complete Services, it will be necessary to create an Account by providing the required information, which may include: full name, email address, country of residence, and password, or other data depending on the specific platform. Registration may also be done through third-party authentication providers (such as Google, Apple, or others).
By registering, the User declares and warrants that:
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities that occur under their Account. The User agrees to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their Account or any other security breach. Money House will not be responsible for losses that the User may suffer as a consequence of unauthorized use of their Account.
Money House offers a diversified set of digital services through its multiple Platforms. The Services may include, but are not limited to:
The detailed description, characteristics, functionalities, and specific conditions of each Service will be available on the corresponding Platform. Money House reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any Service or functionality at any time, with reasonable prior notice to the User when possible.
The prices of the Services will be published on the corresponding Platform and will be expressed in the currency indicated at the time of purchase. Prices may be subject to taxes, fees, or additional charges depending on the User's jurisdiction, which will be the User's responsibility.
Money House reserves the right to modify the prices of its Services at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made or active subscriptions until their next renewal period, unless otherwise indicated with prior notice of at least thirty (30) days.
Payments will be processed through third-party payment gateways integrated into the Platforms. By making a payment, the User accepts the terms of service of the corresponding payment processor. Money House does not directly store the User's credit or debit card information; such information is managed exclusively by authorized payment processors.
Accepted payment methods may include:
When the User contracts a Service under a Subscription modality, such Subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing period (monthly, annual, or other), unless the User cancels the Subscription before the renewal date. The corresponding charge will be made to the registered payment method at the beginning of each new period.
The User may cancel their Subscription at any time from their Account settings or by contacting our support team. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, and the User will maintain access to the Services until that date.
For Services acquired through a single payment (perpetual licenses, downloadable digital products, individual courses, etc.), access will be granted in accordance with the specific conditions described on the corresponding purchase page.
The refund conditions applicable to each purchase will be governed by what is established on the sales page, landing page, or specific product page of each Platform in effect at the time of purchase. The deadline to request a refund may be seven (7) or fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of purchase, as expressly indicated on the purchase page of each Platform and product.
Default policy: In case the purchase page or landing page of a product or service does not expressly specify the applicable refund conditions, a default period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase will apply to request a refund. After said period has elapsed without the User having submitted a request, the purchase will be considered final and non-refundable.
The User should consult the specific refund conditions of each product or service before making the purchase.
To request a refund, the User must send a written request to the email [email protected], indicating:
Money House will review the request and respond within a maximum period of ten (10) business days. If the request is approved, the refund will be made to the same payment method used in the original purchase within a period of up to thirty (30) calendar days from approval.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Upon completing the purchase of any Service or digital product, the User will obtain access according to the nature of the product acquired:
If the User cannot access the products or services acquired, or does not receive a confirmation email, they must contact us within five (5) business days after the purchase date through [email protected]. If they do not contact us within that period, the products will be considered received and delivered.
All Services, Platforms, Digital Content, and other materials provided by Money House, including but not limited to: software, source code, designs, graphics, user interfaces, logos, trademarks, trade names, texts, images, videos, audios, databases, and any other content, are the exclusive property of Money House or its licensors, and are protected by the intellectual property laws of the United States and applicable international treaties.
The User does not acquire any ownership rights over the Services, Platforms, or Digital Content by virtue of using them. The following is expressly prohibited:
The User retains all intellectual property rights over the User Content they upload or post on the Platforms. However, by uploading content, the User grants Money House a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content exclusively for the purpose of operating and providing the Services. This license terminates when the User deletes their content or cancels their Account, except to the extent that such content has been shared with other Users or is reasonably necessary for backup and archiving purposes.
The User declares and warrants that they have all necessary rights to grant such license and that the User Content does not infringe the rights of third parties.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512), Money House will respond to notifications of alleged copyright infringement that meet the requirements of the law. Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Money House grants the User a license:
This license is only for personal or internal use of the User, as established by the conditions of each Platform. The use of Digital Content acquired by the User in commercial projects will be subject to the specific license conditions of each product or Platform.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Money House expressly disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:
The User uses the Services at their own risk and discretion. Money House will not be responsible for damages that may result from the interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services, whether justified or not, deliberate or inadvertent.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MONEY HOUSE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE USER FOR:
Regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or other), even if Money House has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any case, Money House's total cumulative liability to the User for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the total amount paid by the User to Money House during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars (USD $100.00), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply in their entirety to the User.
The User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Money House, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, partners, suppliers, and licensors from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
The User may cancel their Account and stop using the Services at any time. Cancellation of the Account does not exempt the User from pending payment obligations nor entitle them to a refund of payments already made, except as set forth in Section 6 (Refund Policy).
Money House reserves the right to suspend or cancel the User's Account, or restrict access to the Services, at any time and without prior notice, if:
If Money House decides to discontinue, close, or sell a specific Platform, Money House commits to:
Upon termination of the Account, the User will lose access to the Services and any Digital Content associated with their Account. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature must survive termination will continue to apply, including but not limited to: intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and applicable law.
Money House reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Money House will notify the User through available means (email, Platform notice, or other reasonable means) at least thirty (30) days in advance of the changes taking effect.
Continued use of the Services after the modified Terms take effect will constitute acceptance thereof by the User. If the User does not agree with the modified Terms, they must stop using the Services and cancel their Account.
Money House will maintain an archive of previous versions of these Terms and will make them available to Users who request them, indicating the effective dates of each version. The User may request access to previous versions by sending a request to [email protected].
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
Before initiating any formal proceeding, the User agrees to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably by contacting Money House through [email protected]. The parties will have a period of thirty (30) days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If the dispute is not resolved amicably, any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its commercial arbitration rules in effect. The arbitration will be held in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States, in English or Spanish as agreed by the parties. The arbitration award will be final and binding on the parties.

In the event that arbitration is not applicable for any reason, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States.
Sections 21.2, 21.3, and 21.4 will not apply to Users residing in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom to the extent that such provisions are contrary to mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in their jurisdiction. Likewise, European Users may access the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, such provision will be modified and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
The failure of Money House to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of the rights set forth in these Terms will only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Money House.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional or complementary conditions of the specific Platforms, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Money House with respect to the use of the Services, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreement, communication, or proposal, whether oral or written, between the User and Money House.
The User may not assign or transfer these Terms or their rights or obligations under them without the prior written consent of Money House. Money House may assign these Terms freely without restrictions, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
Money House will not be responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms when such failure or delay is due to force majeure, including but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, pandemics, epidemics, strikes, shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, labor, or materials facilities, or failures in telecommunications or Internet infrastructure.

These Terms may be available in several languages. The Spanish version of these Terms is the original version and will prevail in case of conflict or discrepancy with any translation into another language. Any translation is provided solely for the User's convenience.
In the event that any legal or arbitral proceeding requires the presentation of these Terms in a different language, the parties agree that a certified translation into the required language will be valid, but the interpretation of the provisions will be made in accordance with the Spanish version.
